In rare outcome, no new class of players added to MLB’s Hall of Fame
For the first time since 1960, no new class of baseball players added to the Hall of Fame. There were 25 players on the 2021 ballot, but none of them got the 75 percent of the votes needed. Last year’s induction was postponed due to the pandemic. Those players will be inducted this summer.
