Just days after Buffalo, New York, received several feet of snow, residents were already concerned about potential flooding when the snow melts. Many people were stuck in their homes, unable to drive to work or school. But as temperatures rise above freezing, the deep snow could melt, quickly wrecking houses and other buildings.
